· EEG will help owners of sites to successfully clean up their properties through the TCEQ VCP (RG-215) and receive a No Further Action by the State so that selling their properties is quicker and more profitable.

· The new owners of the site are released from all liability to the State for the cleanup of areas covered by the VCP certificate if entered into the VCP at the appropriate time.

· EEG will conduct Phase I and II assessments to determine the extent of contamination for VCP closure and navigate the client throughout the process for State review and submittals for final approval and No Further Action determination.

· EEG will complete associated reports including Affected Property Assessment Reports, Municipal Setting Designation reports, and Response Action Reports, as necessary to achieve the certification.

· As with all our reports, we have the in-house ability to provide boring logs/well logs and CAD figures for our reports submitted, plus data reviewers for chemical data submitted to the TCEQ for the validity of the data.

· EEG will provide submittals to the Remediation Division for the waste management unit/facilities to be closed and supporting documentation for adequate review by the State.

· EEG will conduct samples as necessary to document the removal of the waste including wipe samples, manifests, and inspection logs.

· EEG will provide the closure reports in-house drawn CAD figures with details of dates and depths, tabulated results with comparisons to regulatory limits, submittals of the QA/QC review summaries, and construction details of the units as necessary.

Laboratory Raw Data Reviews to Discover Analytical Laboratory Indiscretions

  • We will review your raw data as it is in the preliminary stage from the laboratory to ensure that proper methods are being conducted, and in many cases, that the correct instrumentation for the lowest concentration obtainable is being implemented to achieve a sample detection limit below the protective concentration limit.

  • We will request for re-analysis in the event the laboratory has made a mistake within the holding time, if at all possible. This one awareness/mindful effort prevents the costly effect of re-staging, re-organizing, and re-sampling associated with site visits.

TCEQ TRRP-13 Data Usability Summaries (DUS)

We have full-time employees that specialize in data review for our clients.

  •  We provide a review of all documentation of the quality of the chemicals of concern (COC) used to demonstrate compliance with the TCEQ rule;

  •  We provide reported data with data review qualifiers in spreadsheets with non-detected data reported to less than the SDL per §350.54(h).

  • We provide the Data Usability Summary Report with the quality of the data documented in detail.

  • We will conduct communications with the laboratory for additional analysis as necessary.

  • When we have consulted ahead of the sampling event, we can advise on the number of quality control samples the field personnel collects to ensure the laboratory has the sample volume needed to conduct site-specific environmental quality control samples of reliable worth to determine matrix effects or site-specific eluting issues.

Environmental CAD Services

We specialize in detailed computer-aided drawings of structures and features within your property.

  • We would be happy to provide sample locations with COC values, analyte boxes, and PCL boxes for comparison, dates, depths, lat/long, and any other detail you wish to include.

  • We can provide different historical backgrounds with the current structure outline to show what used to be under the building now occupied on your property.

  • We can provide aerial site photos with structures drawn and crop out a close-up photograph of a smaller area sampled in the same drawing to show more detail.

  • We will coordinate with geological informational service programs to provide current environmental conditions (flood plain, prevailing wind direction, PM10 in the area) and information available through the City Planning Departments (zoning, fire hydrants).

  • We always provide this service to our existing clients at none to minimal cost.
